Among several estate agencies I chose Changing Home because of the solid impression I got of Oliver when he first came to do a valuation of the property. He came across as genuine, interested and approachable and in addition to that he offered a very competitive price. Throughout the process I dealt with Oliver, Jeremy and Glenda and they all offered outstanding and prompt service with a personal touch. Everything was handled in accordance with my wishes and timeframe and I was kept up to date with every detail. Due to external reasons I needed to complete the sale within a certain date and the team "pressed all the right buttons" to make that happen. I also received a price well over the asking price for the property. Having spent over 30 years in the people and service business myself, I cannot see how they could have been done any better and I am pleased to give Changing Home my most sincere recommendations.
