Coronavirus - Changing Home

Changing Home has taken a number of steps to ensure that we can continue to offer 'business as usual' service to our vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants, during these turbulent times.

As part of our commitment to the health and well being of our team and customers we're carefully monitoring the evolving situation. As precautionary measures we've postponed all non-urgent property visits and are reducing the number of times we have face to face contact by implementing new procedures. This includes electronic correspondence where possible.

If any of our colleagues need to self-isolate, we have the facilities in place for home working, meaning that we should be ready for all eventualities. Our aim is to adhere to Government guidelines with conscious effort to cause minimum disruption to our business.

Whilst we appreciate life must go on, it is of paramount importance to us that we adhere to the World Health Organisation guidelines in order to protect our staff and customers.

I would stress that none of our team have been affected to date.

Thank you for your understanding and co-operation during this difficult time  and please stay safe.
