This is your opportunity to work for one of Chester’s leading independent estate agents. 

You’ll be part of a small, highly professional team in a fast moving environment so you’ll be outgoing, personable, energetic, eager to learn and bring fresh ideas to an exciting workplace. 

Based in our Chester office you’ll be out and about too, meeting our customers face to face and working with our suppliers.

The role

·      Liaising with landlords and tenants

·      Helping create new letting opportunities

·      Lead the check in/check out process for all managed and ‘let only’ properties

·      Communicate with customers face to face, on the phone and via electronic media in a polite, helpful and confident manner

·      Liaise with our suppliers and other professional contacts 

·      Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail

·      Help maintain our contacts register

·      Administrative support

·      Ensure adherence to audit regulations.

About you

·       Proactive and self-motivated

·       PC literate

·       Ability to communicate in a professional and helpful manner

·       Flexibility, adaptability and a co-operative attitude

·       Able to multi-task and prioritise workload

·       Well-presented and punctual

·       Attention to detail

·       Reasonable knowledge of Chester and the surrounding area
