Responsible to: Director responsible for lettings
Main purpose of the job:
- Manage the company's letting profile of managed properties
- Work with team to gain new letting sbusiness
- Manage the check in/check out process for 'managed' and 'let only' properties.
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communicator
- Highly motivated
- Full UK driving licence
- IT literate with knowledge of standard letting agency software
- Industry recognized qualifications such as ARLA are advantageous but not essential
