Christmas in Chester

Christmas is not too far away right now. As always Chester will be gearing up for the festive season very quickly from now onwards. Late night shopping on Thursdays will shortly be under way. No doubt Chester’s ever-increasing numbers of pubs and restaurants are going to be busy.

It isn’t always easy to spot the real highlights of the what Chester provides prior to Christmas as there is so much to choose from. We thought it maybe an idea just to list what we consider to be the highlights.

Chester Christmas lights switch on 2018 - Friday 16th November 2018, 7.00pm - 8.00pm. Town Hall Square.

Chester Zoo Lanterns 2018 – 23rd November – 23rd December. 6 pm daily. A truly wonderful experience for all the family.

The wonderful Storyhouse Chester – Storytelling with Santa – 22nd November – 23rd December. Take your children along top meet Santa and listen to some of his favorite tales.

Chester Christmas Market - returning to the city centre with 70 stalls of handmade, unique gifts and delicious festive fayre, from the 16th November until 22nd December.

These are just a few ideas. Plenty more is happening but whatever you choose to do this Christmas have a great time.

We will be open up until Christmas Eve and will be back in the office on 27th December. There is normally plenty going on so please do drop on and see us if your on Lower Bridge Street.
