It was the strain and frustration of several housemoves in quick succession that prompted Chester IT professional and mother of two Julie Stanley, with business partner and Chester solicitor Jeremy Jordan, to take a fresh look at the whole business of buying and selling homes.

Our Team
Jeremy Jordan
After 15 years experience as a conveyancing partner in a firm of Chester solicitors Jeremy left to help establish changing-home.co.uk. Born locally he has a wealth of experience in the area's property market. He will be on hand to guide sellers and buyers through the conveyancing maze.
Julie Stanley
Another native of Chester. Julie's background was a national sales director for a major multi national computer company. She gives her expert sales background to our team. Her IT experience gives us our technological bias.
Tim Wasdell
Tim's a qualified surveyor who has many years experience working as an estate agent firstly in the South of England and then in Chester. More latterly Tim also qualified as an independent mortgage advisor.
